Terms of service

These terms of sale apply to our website(s). By accessing this website and/or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Before placing an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions, please email info@myslide.co.uk with your query.

1. Use of Our Website

References to "we", "us" and/or "our" throughout www.myslide.co.uk ("the website") are to My Slide. The use of the website and the purchase of any goods ("Goods" and/or "Products") from the Website are governed by these terms and conditions ("Conditions"). We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions without notice to you.

There is no charge imposed by My Slide for accessing the Website, but you must pay the cost of the communications link you use to visit the website. Access to the Website may be suspended, restricted, or terminated at any time without notice.

Your placement of an order on our website is an offer by you to purchase the goods selected in your order. We may accept your order at our discretion. This means that if products are shown on the site but are incorrectly priced, incorrectly described, or not available, we shall not be obliged to sell you those products.

Once you have placed an order, we will send you a confirmation that your order has been received, but this is not a confirmation that your offer to purchase the goods has been accepted. A contract between you and My Slide for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed, and dispatched to you.

We reserve the right to change these terms of sale from time to time without notice to you.

2. Contract Information

Goods supplied from the Website are supplied by My Slide Limited, a company registered in England and Wales with company registration number 15725131 and registered office address at My Slide Ltd, Tiverton, Devon.  United Kingdom.

Your submission of an order represents an offer to purchase Goods indicated by you and is not binding on us until we have notified you that your order is accepted. All advertisements and communications prior to order acceptance are invitations to treat and not contractual offers. This means that if Goods are shown on the site but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described, My Slide shall not be obliged to sell you those goods.

3. Products

My Slide has worked diligently to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct. However, specifications and descriptions are intended only to give a general description and are not binding. While we strive for accurate colour representation, actual colours may vary due to differences in monitor displays.
