Our Story: Innovation Born from Necessity

At the age of 47, I was prescribed Testogel — one pump every four days — to manage low testosterone. Like many,  juggling a busy life with work, family, and household duties, I found it difficult to keep track of my doses. Phone alarms weren't practical — my phone was often in another room, and reminders were easy to miss.

That's when I developed My Slide: a practical, analog medication reminder that you can attach to your bathroom mirror or tile’s. With no need for batteries, apps, or electricity, it provides a clear, visual prompt you can rely on every day. Its bold lettering is easy to read — even without glasses — and strong suction cups keep it securely in place.

How to Use

  1. Remove My Slide from the packaging and separate the case.
  2. Slide the suction cups into the keyhole slots until secure.
  3. Attach the case to the back 
  4. Fix My Slide to a smooth surface like a mirror, tiles, or inside a cabinet.
  5. After taking your medication, slide the day marker to the correct position.

Travelling

Just pop the case on the front to protect the day selector and slip it into your washbag. It’s your portable pill reminder for life on the go.
